Cleaning

The washer is a PicoTrack PCT 100 RRE system that allows washing square masks with 5 or 7 inch sides. Cleaning aims to remove contaminants from the mask surface and photoresist residue.

The solvent hood is used to perform cleaning processes on samples that require acetone and alcohol for cleaning. It has two timers that help control processes during the cleaning routine.
